Computers and ICT are already integrated in the educational system of the Philippines. Many high schools now use ICT to teach their students. Teachers using ICT feel less burden in preparing their classes and can provide more learning materials. Also, students can better understand the contents of the class lectures through visual, audio, and practical approaches.

Instructions in simple terms are guides that provide us with information on how to achieve our goal. Dr. Modesto G. Villarin in Bagong Silangan High School has developed a computer-assisted motivation method that encourages students to follow instructions without scolding or chiding them.

Several English teaching methods utilizing the Internet are introduced and ways to use these methods are explored.
