| With the developments of the computer education, for the starters, we are hopeful to set each classroom a single computer and make use of computer into the daily instruction. Second, we want to build intra-school network and combine the computer technology then go with the practice of new educational pedagogies and reforms. Through the effort, we may break the limitation of the traditional teaching and multiple the environments. Computer-Aid-Instruction provides students with self-directed environments and aims for inspiring and counseling students instead of traditional teacher-directed styles. ( see Figure 1 & 2) Technological Multi-media applying to the instruction can promote the quality of instruction and enrich the materials. Besides, it also motivates students¡¯ interests in learning and accelerates the learning efficiency. ( see Figure 3) Teachers may exchange information or implication, inquiry library resource and demonstrate long-term distance teaching via intra-school or inter-school web. (see Figure 4)

First, with the environment of inter-net and intra-net in each classroom, equipping each classroom for no-boundary-global inter-net and teaching web is the first step to set up the connection surroundings. ( see Figure 5.)
Second, except computers and connection in each classroom, there¡¯s one computer in each classroom or lab. Each classroom computer can connect to the intra-net and inter-net. Setting up a connection pool in each classroom and teachers or students can get connection by using their notebooks to teach and assess. In addition, it also provides teachers and students share the database, software, teaching materials, e-mail on the inter-net to convey the related information about learning and administrative issues and correspond to teachers about how to teach and assess.
Students, teachers, parents, alumni and classmates can reach to each other or discuss assignments via message book, chatting room, forum and web-mail. ( see Figure 6.)

It¡¯s an effective approach to improve the teaching environment and increase the efficiency through the computer science. According to the trend of educational reform and more-freedom education, instruction is not the input by the chalk and lecture. Computers and technology can immerse into the instruction and arouse students¡¯ motivation of learning. Computers and other equipments aid instruction and meet the characteristics of students¡¯ curiosity.
