Webzine is an active place of online community where teachers share ICT-related knowledge and skills, and try to find a solution to problems in the teaching practice. Teacher Reporters of each economy write articles regarding ICT utilization in their education settings, and submit the articles or news for Webzine.
In the early stage, webzine are issued bimonthly. The 1st issue of Webzine was published on August 31, 2001.
