The First International ALCoB Conference for APEC Learning
Community
The 1st International ALCoB Conference, which was held from
January 17~19, 2004, with participants from 118 ALCoBs from
9 economies (China, Indonesia, Korea, New Zealand, the Philippines,
Thailand, Chinese Taipei, Singapore and USA), took place under
the goal of cyber educational cooperation among APEC membership
economies.
