Researching A Way of A Cooperative Research Through the Robot Project
Based Learning
|Purpose
¥¡. Robot Project enables students to find robots used in our daily life
and to realize their convenience and problems that might happen.
¥¢. Robot Project enables students to make robots and to know movements
and how to use.
¥£. Robot Project enables students to know what a robot is and to exchange
and share their activities related to robots on internet.
|Contents/ Methods/ Activities
* Can we be a friends with robots
- Having concern about robots,
- Thinking about relations between robots and man
* Knowing robots relation in our daily life
(Making robots through the internet surfing
* The Robots I drew
- Drawing robots I made and thinking about recycling
* The Robot I made
- I have something to tell robots
- Drawing and writing about robots I think
* If I were a robot
- Role- playing with robots
* Making groups to study robots
- Forming communities according to their interests in robots
|Expected Results
The Robot Project applied to elementary school is to be a touchstone for
research hereafter.
First, We can expect to improve the quality of the class and make students
concerned about environment through the Project. In addition, we can expect
many teachers to join the project actively and to develop middle and high
school level project. We'll also develop middle and high school project.
Second, With the program development and applying of the robot project,
we sure that the project can give a good material for 7th education course(7Â÷±³À°°úÁ¤).
Moreover, students will be able to share interest and change of the future
society.
Third, We think that the project can give a chance to know what robot
is and to share a beneficial and various experience to students. It is
a really good chance to experience the value of Edutainment.
