The 3rd APEC Future Education Forum is planned to share ideas of prominent scholars, ALCoB, and citizens in the APEC region. In addition, the attendees can have recent information and vision of prominent guests from the world.

Dr. YoungHwan Kim, a proponent of the Edutainment Park, will present
the principal ideas on the theme of the 3rd Forum. He has contributed to
educational development in the APEC region as the Chair of the APEC
Future Education Consortium. In 2006, he was elected as the APEC
EDNET Coordinator.
